Due to contractual agreements, registration is non-refundable but can be transferred. Transfers will be honored through August 31, 2025.

Hotel Registration
We have reserved rooms at the Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites. There are limited double rooms available at the Embassy Suites. The Homewood Suites has more doubles available and it is on the same campus as the Embassy Suites (2 minute walk).

Hotel rate: $140/night 
***A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals (approx. $35/night)

Staying at the hotel is highly recommended, and sharing a room provides the greatest economic value. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Hotel checkout is at 11:00 a.m. 

​

If you prefer a suite with double beds, please select a double bed when you register online or advise the Reservation Center at the time of your call, as there is only a limited number of double rooms at the Embassy Suites. Please be advised that this is an all-suite property, and each suite has a queen-sized sofa bed in addition to the King or Double Beds in the bedroom.  All rooms will be based on availability until our block is full at both hotels.

For conference attendees registered at the Embassy Suites, a full hot breakfast buffet is included for up to two guests per room. Additional guests will be $10 per person. Breakfast for non-Embassy Suites guests is $10/person. 

​

Homewood Suites also offers a free hot breakfast. 

​

Additionally, there are no per-session rates, infants, children, walk-ins, or unregistered guests allowed in sessions.
